Mr. Samer Younis currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Saudi Bin Ladin Construction Group. He was previously the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Kharafi National. Mr. Younis is a 35 year veteran of the energy, infrastructure, and construction industry.

As part of Mr. Younis's responsibilities, he oversaw the operations of several leading industrial companies as well as sat on the board of both local and international companies. Mr. Samer Younis was awarded title of Commander of the Knights, being the highest honor given by the rder of the Italian Solidarity Star in 2009.

Mr. Samer Younis holds a double Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical & Electrical ngineering from the University of Texas A&M.
