Mr. Mohammed A. Al-Bowardi
HE Al Bowardi holds a number of positions in the UAE public and private sectors, in addition to his role as Minister of State for Defence Affairs, UAE

He is the Vice Chairman of Mubadala Development Company and Dolphin Energy Limited, and board member of Tawazun Holding. He is also Chairman of the Committee for Developing and Implementing the Water and Agriculture Strategy for Abu Dhabi.

In addition, HE Al Bowardi is Managing Director and board member of the Environment Agency-Abu Dhabi, Deputy Chairman of the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund and the International Fund for Houbara Conservation- Abu Dhabi, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Abu Dhabi University (ADU).

HE Al Bowardi has previously held the positions of Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Executive Committee.

He has a degree in History and Political Science from Lewis & Clark College, USA.

يشغل معالي/ محمد أحمد البواردي منصب وزير دولة لشؤون الدفاع في مجلس الوزراء لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يشغل البواردي منصب نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة في شركة "دولفين للطاقة"، وهو عضو في مجلس إدارة شركة "توازن القابضة". كما يرأس لجنة وضع وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية المائية والزراعية في إمارة أبوظبي.
وهو العضو المنتدب في هيئة البيئة - أبوظبي، ونائب رئيس مجلس أمناء صندوق محمد بن زايد للمحافظة على الكائنات الحية، ونائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق الدولي للحفاظ على الحُبارى، بالإضافة إلى كونه عضواً في مجلس الأُمناء لجامعة أبوظبي.
